Shipping & Returns Policy

This page outlines our procedures for shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds for products purchased through our website.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
  • We ship and delivered orders within 3 to 5 business days from the date of payment confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
  • The delivery of the shipment is subject to the norms of the courier company or postal authority. Shreevatsa Ayur Wellness shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company.
  • Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by you at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery confirmation will be sent to the email ID you specified during registration.
  • Any shipping costs levied at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • A cancellation request will not be entertained if the order has been processed and is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at your doorstep.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at shreevatsaayurwellness@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Due to the nature of our wellness products, we uphold strict quality and hygiene standards. Therefore:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after our team has verified the issue. Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Product Not as Expected: If you feel the product received does not match the description on our website, please bring it to our attention within 7 days of receiving it. Our customer service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
  • Non-Refundable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or have their seals broken. All our products are considered perishable in this context.
  • A refund/replacement can be considered if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good, subject to verification by our team.

Refund Process

  • Once a refund is approved by Shreevatsa Ayur Wellness, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase (e.g., credit card, bank account, or digital wallet).
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products with Manufacturer Warranty

In case of any complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them as per the warranty terms. We will be happy to assist you in this process.
